The new visual identity is being rolled out across all packaging and on e-commerce and digital channels. 

Four-time UEFA Champions League winner, seven-time Ballon d'Or award winner, and FIFA World Cup 2022 Champion takes the brand’s “No Lay’s, No Game” platform to the next level. The soccer great is starring in a new commercial titled “Messi Visits” and appearing on limited-edition Lay’s chips packaging to commemorate the “No Lay’s, No Game” movement celebrating the UEFA Champions League.

The refreshed Single Serve and Pouch packages feature cheerful, vibrant colors; a larger playful color bar for ease of identification at retail; and a prominent new flavor image that shows ingredients and the finished confections for greater appetite appeal, plus a soft touch, matte tactile feel.

Focusing primarily on pork rinds and bean dip, Southern Recipe Small Batch offers a variety of flavors, like Korean BBQ and Spicy Dill, while also giving consumers larger portions and healthier options than its competitors.

Despite the onslaught of better-for-you snacks, the classic potato chip remains a consumer favorite.
